Learn more and purchase a copy. My Review    My first book by Hope Toler Dougherty and I enjoyed it very much. The characters were so real, great descriptions in the scenes. Love the story of Mary Wade and Brett, also Brett’s grandma Gigi really adds so much to the story . Bad guys, good guys, suspenseful through out the book. A book that is hard to put down once you start reading it. I don’t want to give away any spoilers to the book so no summary of the book. I definitely want to read more from Hope in the future.   About the author: Hope Toler Dougherty holds a Master's degree in English and taught at East Carolina University as well as York Technical College. A member of ACFW, RWA and SinC, she writes for Almost an Author. Before writing novels, she published non-fiction articles on topics ranging from gardening with children to writing apprehension. She cheers for the Pittsburgh Steelers, ACC basketball, and Army West Point Football.
